It is our intention to only send you email communication that you want to receive. When you provide us with your email address by creating a login account, and you have selected to opt-in to receive future communication with us, we will periodically contact you via email about ARDA-ROC’s advocacy efforts, programs and owner support services. Every time you receive an email, you will be provided with the choice to opt-out of future emails by following the instructions provided in the email. You may also opt-out by sending an email to webmaster@arda.org or sending a letter to:

Please allow 10 business days for us to process your opt-out request, and include your email address if you opt-out via postal mail. Note that even if you unsubscribe or opt-out, we may still send you ticket-related or other service-related emails.

Please note that ARDA-ROC will never send you an email requesting your password, credit card number, social security number or other similar personal or private identification information. If you receive an email that looks like it is from ARDA-ROC, but asks for your personal information, it is a fraudulent email and you should not reply or provide such information.

CAN-SPAM Act 

The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.

To be in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, we agree to do the following:

  • Never use false or misleading header information
  • Never use deceptive subject lines
  • Identify the message as an ad, or promotion, if it is indeed one
  • Include the physical address of our business or headquarters
  • Provide a link to unsubscribe at the bottom of each email
  • Honor opt-out requests promptly
  • Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used
